In 2009, I made the decision to create a world-class mobile apps company. After all, I had spent 30 years in software development, professional services, consulting, and senior management. I saw mobile as the future of computing and resolved to build a company that focused on mobile application design and development.
I began with the basics – learning the different frameworks, building a team, and eventually building a portfolio of applications. As I progressed, so did the underlying capabilities of the two main mobile platforms – Android and iOS. We grew together. I started writing apps for myself to understand the mechanics of not only native application code development but also the business of releasing and marketing apps to the public. My initial work led me to publish and sell apps in the Apple store. I began working with others and building out a team of developers, graphic and video artists.
Since our Apps42 launch, we have had lots of success as a full service mobile application development shop. Amazingly,we have found the answer to the question and it is 42!. We are confident that our approach to working with you will answer all your questions too.
