SinScore

We are now live in the app store.  You can find SinScore in the App Store if you click here.

SinScore is now live and I am really excited about this app.  After all, who doesn’t want to keep track of his or her sins and score each one to see just how bad is bad? Keeping score and finding ways to repent are what makes SinScore a must ...

Configuring MacJournal for WordPress

This is a test of getting a post into my apps42 blog via MacJournal. Originally I did not had much success with this and spent a lot of time  wondering if there is a permissions issue with my underlying GoDaddy account.  At this point it doesn’t appear to be the issue.  What I am seeing is a basic misunderstanding of how to get MacJournal configured correctly.  The documentation in this regard is sparse at best and I am not finding ...

At the time, it was the only app we built so it made sense to set up a site to market ...

Elements of a Viral Launch Page

Like a lot of things on the Smashing Magazines website, I found these two articles to be very interesting. If you are beginning a new venture, application, or website, you should take a look at these. While the content is more specifically targeted to websites and not mobile applications, it’s clear that when you are launching a new application you are likely going to need a website at the same time. At a minimum, the website will work as a ...

Beginnings

I began with the basics – learning the different frameworks, building a team, and eventually building a portfolio of applications. As I progressed, so did the underlying capabilities of the ...
